Brain Balance Sustains Life Balance
Thinking, sleeping, relationships, emotional experiences, physical health and spiritual well being – all are directly related to the state of the brain. If I can’t remember something, if I remember something too much or if I am haunted by a negative experience or memory – these discomforts have to do with an imbalanced brain function.
If I can’t sleep, if I’m anxious and/or depressed, if I lack motivation, if I can’t stop a habit or am driven to do or be something I don’t want – all of these discomforts have to do with an imbalanced brain. If I can’t forgive myself or others, if I have trouble feeling connected or loving or receiving love – all of these discomforts have to do with an imbalanced brain. There are many ways to create a better foundation for brain balance and these methods have a lot to do with many aspects of our lives. When we understand that the shortcomings we face are based on brain imbalances, then we can begin to understand how to help ourselves and others in a profound way.
