One way is to decide what it is that truly matters to me and then begin acting on that area of care and concern.
Coaching Exercise:
(1) Imagine you are on your death bed. Look back at your life and see the difference you have made. Of what are you most proud?
(2) Now look at the steps that you took to accomplish these feats. What actions, steps and missteps, did you take?
(3) Now, bring yourself back to today. What can you do right now that will forward your vision?
